一, Before-sales Service:
We respond to customers’ consultation warmly, make detailed introduction to product specifications and models, performance features and technological advantages, and send product samples and relevant data on demand.
二, In-sales Service:
This company provides customers with the most professional, economic and reasonable configuration and application solutions. If clients have any special needs, this company can provide product samples and door-to-door service, and design configuration and application solutions according to the operating conditions.
三, After-sales Service:
1 , Clients enjoy 1-year guarantee (3 years for compressors and dehumidifiers) from the day of buying the machine; during the guarantee period, maintenance and personnel expense is free, and we only charge the fees of spare and accessory parts. Beyond the guarantee period, or if spare and accessory parts are damaged or go wrong due to Clause II of “Guarantee Notice”, personnel expense is free, and we only charge the fees of spare and accessory parts.

2 , When the same spare and accessory parts are damaged or go wrong due to quality problem within 6 months after repair, we will replace or repair them for free.
3 , 24-hour service hotlines throughout China are under the charge of specific personnel, so these hotlines accept clients’ consultation, complaints and trouble calls at any moment.
4 , Within 48 hours after receiving clients’ trouble calls, Product Service Center offers door-to-door service to the client in urban area. Clients in other areas shall send or deliver faulty machines to Service Center; in the case of minor failures, Service Center will repair them within 3 working days, and return them to clients. |
