◆Characteristics of NMP Recovery Equipment:

◆Working Principle of NMP Recovery Equipment:
NMP recovery system resorts to physical properties of NMP, and fully recovers NMP through refrigeration and VOC runner jointly. VOC runner makes use of imported molecular sieve runner. The runner is divided into 3 areas— Treatment Area, Refrigeration Area and Desorption Area. During working, VOC runner rotates slowly; while exhaust gas with organic solvent goes through Treatment Area, and becomes relatively clean. The content of organic solvent in treated gas drops to less than 30ppm at best. By the action of regenerative fan, another part of gas with organic solvent goes through Refrigeration Area, is heated to a certain temperature, and then goes through regenerative zone of runner. Since regenerative zone of runner is heated by regenerative air, organic solvent absorbed by regenerative zone is evaporated, and goes away with regenerative air. When the runner is working, the proportion of regenerative air to treated air is 1/5 (concentration multiple is 5); the concentration of organic solvent in regenerative air can be as high as 6 times that of pretreated air. NMP can be condensed and recovered in the way of refrigeration, after exhaust gas reaches a certain concentration.

◆Take for example the coating machine with 2000 m3/hour exhaust air rate.
NMP recovery system of Songjing Electrical Appliance utilizes the principle of heat recovery, and heats the air in coating machine to 80℃. Before NMP recovery system is installed, coating machine needs to heat external air to 120℃. After NMP recovery system is installed, coating machine only needs to heat the air from 80℃ to 120℃. Thus, energy-saving effect is calculated as follows (suppose that external air is 30℃).(120-30)×2000×1.2÷3600= 60 kw
Energy consumption of Songjing NMP recovery system (2000CMH/hr) is 36 kw; Apparently, this figure is much lower than energy consumption without recovery system; over 40% energy is saved. Meanwhile, SJ semi-enclosed recovery system separates out only a little condensed water. The purity of recovered NMP is far higher than that of other manufacturers.
